This form is considered a work order/purchase order to perform work and is considered a binding agreement. You will receive a confirmation email with the information you enter below.
You have 48 hours to make changes or cancel this job without penalty. After 48 hours, material will be ordered and the job cannot be canceled unless both parties agree.
If your material color changes after this 48 hour window, there will be a charge for changing colors since most colors are custom ordered.
NOTE: Pearl Plastering will double check all measurements provided and should there be any discrepancy, Pearl will notify company for approval to proceed with project. Should approval not be given, Pearl reserves the right to pull off the job and charge a “Pull Off” charge per the price list.
